Indiana: Alcohol for reception on Sunday?

"Sales limited to on-premises in restaurants, wineries and breweries on Sundays."

Does this mean that I cannot get a liquor permit for a wedding reception on a Sunday? The liquor will be purchased in advance.

that's fine. but it means that you cannot go to the grocery store or liquor store and buy alcohol on Sunday.

there is no sale of alcohol in the state of indiana unless it is bought at a restaurant, winery or brewery. So if you go to Kroger's for example to buy a six pack of beer, you are out of luck. But you can go to say el torito grill and buy a margarita.

Haha- Of course you can silly. It's one of the old Blue laws that's lingered. You just can't buy the booze on a Sunday :) Cheers!
