Do i have a Heat or Sun allergy?

Question

i think i have a heat or sun allergy. whenever i am exposed to sun, or heat, small red blotch-like dots appear on my legs and arms, sometimes my torso and lower back. Usually exposed areas. But they never appear on my face, even though it is fully exposed. They do not hurt, or itch. More just appear if i spend more time in the sun or get hotter. And soon after i go inside, they start to calm down, and eventually disappear. 
I have been to the doctor and dermatologist about this but they dont seem to have the answers. All they say is that its not harmful. And they say it cant be an allergy because they are not itchy.
it started when i spent the day outside once last summer. and i dont know why because i has spend the rest of the summer outside and they never appeared. They have come and gone ever since. I am female and 17. could this be due to anything about hormones or something?  Please please help.

You could be getting a mild case of prickly heat. Little bumps on the skin from heat/sun exposure. They go away. 

Or if you are taking any medications. Some medications can cause sun sensitivity.

Ther is an old cure - and it works. Whitfields Ointment - it comes in 500g tubs and can be difficult to find. It is an over the counter thing so no script req. It is good for athleletes foot and any other sweat rash. You do not need much - just smear it on and r ub it in - it feels rather hot after application, but applied twice a day you will be cured in a week or so It is only about £6 to £8 a tub and I swear you will never be without it - the ointment that is!!! Wash hands well after applying - it burns like hell if you go for a pee without the washing - that is a tender part in your hands!!!
