The continents and oceanic plates formed after the collision.

Current theory strongly supports the moon having formed after the Earth had a grazing impact. So the moon is mostly made of debris from Earth. The continents of the Earth formed after the impact. The Ring of Fire is a product of the motions of the continents and oceanic plates since then

    No

The ring of fire is due to Plate tectonics. A series of subduction zones surrounds the Pacific Ocean. These subduction zones are where oceanic crust sinks beneath other tectonic plates. As the oceanic crust melts, the rock melts in the earth's mantle and rises in the surface to from chains of volcanoes.

Heat escaping the earth's interior is the driving force for plate tectonics. Convection currents in the earth's mantle move the crustal plates on the surface

No. it is the result of active tectonic plate boundaries. Read up on plate tectonics.

it's because of what the earth is made up of far below the surface and tetonic plates.
