Can't figure out wall type of house?

Hi, I've been trying to do a condition survey on my house and the thing is I can't seem to figure out what type of wall it has. It looks like plasterboard on the inside (looks like plywood too only stronger) and there are timber panel cladding on the outside,if I'm not mistaken (photos included). When I knock on the walls on the inside, they seem hollow. Is it a cavity wall? It's a pretty common looking house in Australia.

Thanks

More than likely it is what we would call a stud wall construction, with vertical 2x4 or 2x6 members every 16" or so, with horizontal pieces on the top and bottom, called plates. There may be variations on how Aussies do it, so I would check the library DIY section, or with a contractor for details.

looks like sheetrock interior walls but if it sounds hollow it could be just the four inches between the interior and exterior wall sound. And hopfully it has insulation between them.
