What causes spots on my patio furniture?

There are these little spots that look like blackheads all over my patio furniture. They are so hard to clean but this can be accomplished by picking them off one by one. Any suggestions as to what they are and and easier way to clean my white plastic furniture? I'm wondering if they are bug poop or something.

    Hi,

I think it's fungi. They love plastic as they mistake it for wood. If there's shadow in your patio, then they have the ideal conditions to develop. What you have to do is use some vinegar. They'll soon be off and stay that way.

Muratic Acid would do the trick, but plan on doing the whole area because it will leave white spots where you poured it out because it removes all the dirt from the concrete. The only thing that is impossible to get out is crab apple juce. When I was a little kid, our neighbor got a new driveway installed and us kids went over there and wrote all over his drive way using crab apples. He tried everything to get rid of it, but it would not come out. It took several months before it completely dissappeared!

Flies actually eat by regurgitating vomit full of gastric acids and then eating...You can be a very clean person, but if you don't disinfect, the smell of food of still there and attracting flies...A light rub of bleach will distract the flies.. :-)
