Do you mind traveling to Renton? I used to get my hair done at Saks on 2nd Avenue, but my stylist left the salon so I have been going to the Gene Juarez academy. There are also some decent stylists down at the JC Penney's at Southcenter Mall.
I also go to Renton to get my facials, manicures, etc. You should look up the Euroinstitute.
