How can anyone be so cruel?

I just watched another video of how that group of savages brutally attacked the Israeli soldiers, who in similar to the other 5 boats, peacefully dropped onto the deck to escort the vehicle to the Ashdod port to unload the supplies and transfer them to Gaza while putting the passengers on a plane back home.

How can anyone be so cruel?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYjkLUcbJWo

It's a shame the soldiers waited so long[according to the orders given to them] before employing live fire in self defence. I can only wish them fast recovery.. I can't imagine how it's like to drop onto the ship to escort it to shore and then get beaten and stabbed by these animals.

Update:

shelby - Speed boats? Opening fire?

Either we're talking about 2 different incidents or you should DEFINITELY get some actual information about what happened.

Update 2:

Shelby - They landed on the ships using helicopters and were armed with paintball-guns rather than assault rifles since the organizers of the protest promised there would be no violence.

And Tank - Aid workers? Most of the individuals on that ship were people like Raed Salah, the extremist leader of the Islamic movement in Israel, members of IHH, a "humanitarian" organization which has ties to Hamas and Al-Qaeda and is a front for recruiting and financing terrorism, as a Danish report showed long ago:

http://www.diis.dk/graphics/Publications/WP2006/DI...

Quite a collection of "aid workers" they got there.

Update 3:

Misty - Have you even watched the video? How can you "retreat" while being hammered with chairs, metal rods and stabbed with knives?

And shoot the captain? Where did you hear that nonesense? I'd appreciate if you stop bullshitting. Israel stopped dozens of similar of attempts to break the siege and took control of 5 other ships this very day. There have never been any shooting or similar incidents until they landed on the ship of these sick inhumane savages. Also, there was no shooting until very late into the lynching committed by the mob, when the soldiers realized they either pull out their gun or die.

dave g - There's numerous well-trained commandos which are currently hospitalized with 2 of them being in critical condition. They weren't exactly caressing them with those metal rods and knives, eh? Have you even watched the video?

Update 4:

I'm shocked by the inhumanity shown by some here.

The commandos dropped without being properly geared-up as they landed to talk. Instead, they were instantly attacked with weapons and didn't even pull out a weapon until very late into the lynching. Have people completely lost their morals and sense of right and wrong?

Update 5:

Jimmy C - Israel has been asking time and time again for the past few days from the fortilla organizers, as well as the Turkish authorities, to deliver the supplies to an Israeli port where after an inspection, they'd be transferred by the U.N. to Gaza. And like that wasn't enough - Egypt offered the ships to come to Sinai where the supplies would be unloaded and in Egypt and transferred to Gaza. Both offers were denied since the fortilla organizers didn't have aiding in mind but provoking and causing incidents like the one that took place.

I have a better question: how can anyone call these people 'peace activists?' Real peace activists don't sing songs celebrating 7th century massacres of Jews by Muslims. Real peace activists don't blatantly tell news cameras that becoming a shaheed is more important to them than delivering their so-called 'aid.' Real peace activists aren't largely organized by an organization that has so many terrorist ties that Turkey will not allow it to engage it in activities that effect *her* state (and IHH has ties to the Taliban, Hamas, and various other groups in the ME. The CIA has documented as much since the 1990s). And, lest we forget, real peace activists do not themselves have ties to terrorist organizations and terrorist activities. Real peace activists accept a peaceful resolution of their demands---to have their produce inspected for weapons, and then delivered to Gaza via the same channels that has transfered over 900,000 tons of aid to the Strip since the beinning of this year. Real police activists do not bludgeon, stab, drop unconscious bodies overboard, attempt to lynch, and fire upon soldiers who are landing on their boat, one by one, and refusing to engage them with weaponry more dangerous than paintball guns. If these were 'real peace activists', there would have been no blood on that boat; There was no blood on the five other boats that followed instructions to dock at Ashdod. And, finally, real peace activists would be scrambling to send their aid to Gaza through Egypt, where it has been temporarily lifted, rather than send another boat full of Jihadists to Israel in hopes of grabbing new headlines.

They can be so cruel because they have the same mentality as those who flew planes into the WTC. The same mentality as the man who shot up Ft. Hood. The same mentality as the man who tried to bomb Times Square. They value becoming a shaheed. Those who they see as the enemy of Islam are less than dirt, and they will achieve great spiritual rewards for killing them. The only difference is that they called themselves 'peace activists', and the media was happy to go along with it.

So, killing 12 people is okay, is it? Bombing schools (included an international one) and hospitals last year is perfectly acceptable, oh, sure it is! Why's it one rule for the Israelis and another one for anybody else? If you are attacked, wouldn't you defend yourself? Why block aid to those who need it either? I find that cruel too.

At least those soldiers had guns etc to defend themselves, those sick people in those hospitals had nothing as they were really ill. It demonstrates some kind of cowardice, when you start hitting out at the sick and vulnerable, but then that's okay, because they aren't Israelis, are they?

It's funny, but I suppose you think the Holocaust was cruel, which it was as what happened to the Jews and Polish etc was pure evil, but then killing others in the future is acceptable.

No killing or genocide of anybody anywhere is acceptable in my eyes and I don't side with anyone on this. Diplomacy ought to be the way forward not bombs and knives and guns, if you can't see that then I'm sorry for you!

Your suggested video from the IDF is extremely detailed and truthful.

    1. Commandos with "Paint ball Guns". And the world calls this a massacre. It shows you that Hamas ans its supporters do not tell the truth. I agree with soldiers to defend themselves. In similar situation, I would have done exactly the same. They are lucky it did not produce more deaths.

    2. How do you spell BLOCKADE. The IDF let a few boats through.

    3. The soldiers were attacked and one almost dead from his aggressors. You can see the details very clearly, how they attack with poles and beat the forces on the deck. You can see the Paintball gun. This is all been arranged by Iran. Good publicity for the thugs of Hezbollah and Hamas. Turkey is not innocent of these.

    4. They should have dissabled the ship and - if not returned - sunk iot. No people involved. No soldiers.

    5. What would ANY Marine do if he is attacked trying to prevent a blockade?

If the U.N. investigates the incident, you can be sure that there will be no mention of the videos, and no relation to what really happened. In fact, I'm sure the report on the investigation has already been written. Meanwhile, Israel will keep its investigations open and transparent, but few people other than Dark Al, myself, and the Canadian Prime Minister will pay much attention.

There's a battle for hearts and minds, but unfortunately many have already lost theirs.

Seriously, people, you should read the San Remo Manual on International Law Applicable to Armed Conflicts at Sea.

I really have no idea where some of you got their facts from because mostly it's all bullshit.

Shelby, you get your information from Al Jazeera and actually think that's the truth ?

DEFINITELY get some actual information about what happened.

I agree, However your thuggish mates have done everything in their power to block signals and prevent anything other than Israeli propaganda getting out. Pretty sure they will be destroying videos of Israelis shooting unarmed people in the back as we speak.

You can't hold it in forever and the next ship is already on its way.

If you live in a country where armed troops can burst in anywhere and murder anyone not of your ethnic type 'who offers resistance' this may seem normal. To Dark Al, it is even a joke. Just shows what we are dealing with.

I know i know. Israel was being really polite but those animals attacked. I was so angry that they did not sink those ships becuase israel had every right to sink and kill those animals.

  • 1 decade ago

We dont need you to spin a lie in which innocent international aid workers were cruely killed

  • I have believed all along that Israeli soldiers must have encountered some violent resistance because they are under more scrutiny and criticism than any other soldiers but this is the first time I have seen that video.

    Those were humanitarian aid workers?

The scum on those boats support the genocide of every man, woman and child in Israel. What's a few soldiers to them?

They got what they deserved, and the world is a better place without them.
