Movie where boat/cruise ship crashed into city.?
Just asked my dad if he remembered it and he asked me if I "was sure it wasn't a dream". :P
So anyway. Does anyone here remember or know the name of a movie in which a very, very large boat of some kind crashes straight into a city (because it can't be stopped)?
Nah, it wasn't the Day After Tomorrow.
In this movie, the boat *literally* crashed into an active city. Everyone was freaking out and panicking and what-not (well, at leas a few people where, I think?).
Can't remember. I think a lot of people in the city weren't warned it was coming.

IMDb synopsis:
Annie Porter is thrilled when her boyfriend Alex Shaw presents her with two tickets for a cruise to the Bahamas on a Norwegian luxury liner. The trip is a peace offering presented because Annie has just learned that Alex is a police officer who's been lying to her about his choice of profession. Alex lied because Annie didn't want to date any more cops after what happened with the bus in Los Angeles. The cruise ship's passengers include members of a diamond dealers' association, who have filled the ship's vault with valuable diamonds. Little do they know that passenger John Geiger, the designer of the ship's computer system, has planned to take over the ship, steal the diamonds, and set the ship on a collision course with an oil tanker anchored at the island of St. Martin. Geiger was fired and cast aside by the computer company he worked for, and he wants revenge. Now it's up to Alex to stop him.

I was trying to find a clip of the end ship/seaside town crash. Amazingly, the nearest clip stops just as they hit the dock! I found this in the Wikipedia synopsis:
But it's revealed the Seabourn Legend is now heading straight into the coastal town of Philipsburg on St. Maarten. After it rams down sailboats and nearly kills innocent people in the harbor, the cruise ship crashes right into town, plowing through everything in its path. The ship finally comes to a stop, and Alex races to find Annie.
