Why did Yahoo destroy AT&T webmail service? How can I get help on the phone from Yahoo on this?

AT&T webmail service USED to work JUST FINE! I believe in the old addage, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", but Yahoo just HAD to make AT&T webmail look JUST LIKE Yahoo webmail. I have both AT&T (paid for email account) and Yahoo (free email account). I always had both open at the same time. I was unhappy when Yahoo took over AT&T email, but it was bearable so long as they kept them DIFFERENT and SEPARATE!

We have 6 AT&T email addresses. From logging on under the primary, we were able to move EASILY back and forth from one to another without re-login. It worked well, and smoothly. I could use the primary to go to "manage account" and EASILY manage ALL 6 email accounts.

Now AT&T webmail looks JUST like Yahoo.

Now it's linked to Yahoo (I wish it were NOT). So, if I'm logged into my Yahoo email, I have to log out to go view my AT&T email.

Now I can't walk easily from one AT&T email addy to the next without loging out and back in and back out and back in, etc. etc.

NOW they didn't put a scroll bar in, so I cannot read my email messages because there's NO SCROLL BAR. It's NOT my IE that's the problem, because I HAVE my scroll bar on my Yahoo email using IE.

NOW I can't walk down my list of messages because of NO SCROLL BAR. I can ONLY SEE about the first 10 messages in the list... no more.

NOW I cannot go to my folders because I have NO SCROLL BAR to walk down THAT LIST either.

PLEASE tell me HOW I can get hold of Yahoo on the phone (they killed the old AT&T phone #)to have them help me.

I can't remember the passwords for any of our email accounts and so Yahoo won't allow me to reset the passwords and set NEW passwords. The ONLY email I am allowed to access and edit is our primary account, NONE of the others. My husband CANNOT access HIS email account. Yahoo help is user UNFRIENDLY and doesn't allow me to send a message asking for help either.

I'm paying good money for a service and Yahoo STUPIDLY just TRASHED IT!!! I'm M A D !!!
