Nuby sippy cup problem?
Hello,
I bought my son 2 new sippys yesterday which he loves but I'm having a problem with them. The silicone nipple and entire spout keeps collapsing when he drinks from it. Like the air isn't going in and out of it. The only way for me to fix it is every couple of sips to take the top off and then put it back on...It's not too tight, I just don't know why it's doing it, I've never had this happen before?
Any suggestions?
This is the cup I have. I know they are cheap, and no problem to replace, but He really likes this kind and I haven't had a problem with them before.
Thanks Kaitlyn....That's exactly what it was. Every other cup I have bought had the vent open, This one I needed to poke through myself. I used the tip of my meat thermometer and poked it right though....All fixed, thanks so much!

make sure the Venting hole isnt blocked, that could be in the top of the lid, or in the inner rim of the nipple

All the Nuby cups I've purchased have leaked. Quite honestly, all the sippy cups I've purchased have leaked a little, eventually, but none as bad as the Nuby's. I really like both the Playtex line of cups and the Gerber line of cups.

I had the same problem . Your screwing it on a little to tight. Also that one only has 2 notches where the nipple part is and its easier for it to move. I would suggest you switch to the straw ones(
Nuby Mega Straw Sipper - 12 ounce ) http://www.diapers.com/Product/ProductDetail.aspx?... They work 100% times better for me.
