How should I get my hair cut?
I've always worn my thick, poofy, blonde hair long and all one length. But I'm going into high school next year and I want to change things up a bit. I want a haircut that will make my hair thinner and less poofy. I was thinking long layers but I don't know if that will make my hair thinner or thicker. Any suggestions?
Oh and I want to keep it the same length. It goes down a little past my chest.
Thanks!

you should go with long layers,
this wont make your hair poofy,
if you were to get short layers it would be even poofier because the layers would be so light that they would lift up, you could try straightning it since that takes away some of the poofyness.

Layers will definitely make your hair thinner however, i advise you not to get layers as this is how you get split ends all over your hair.
In my opinion, why do you want to make your gorgeous thick hair thinner... everyones hair thinners out as you get older so be happy you have more hair than others!!
Instead why not try different hairstyles, i use these as well and i have very thick long hair.
Hair moose and hair spray (not too much to make you hair look strawy) i use Wella.
Plait your hair before you go to bed (2 even plaits) then undo it in the morning this will make your hair have lovely waves.
Why not try blow drying your hair straight at the hair dressers or get your mum to do it. This is better than using straighteners as they damage your hair a lot.
Try out side braids and quiffs and buy pretty head bands to keep you hair getting in the way.
Try these styles they will look great :)

Long layers are really pretty =).I think it thins out your hair so there won't be much poof anymore.=)
