I have funds in my paypal account yet I think I deleted my confirmation e-mail for this payment-is there anyway to get it back?

Yes...just go to http://www.paypal.com/
You should find all the help that you need to retrieve your confirmation email and information that you need.
They are easy to work with.

I agree with the others, Paypal are easy to work with.
Trying to figure out what help you are asking for. Log in, look at the "my account" then "overview", then by the side of the item in blue it says "details", click on that and scroll down and you should find all of the details there.
You need to explain more what it is you need exactly.
Everything should be ok.

it should still be there
if not play about with the settings and see if you can get another e-mail sent out
