When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which

will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow

underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without

exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For

diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on

your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey

cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your

diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to

calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,

start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the

most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a

lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,

disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target

your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a

bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you

to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Eat properly! By properly i mean no fatty foods (junk food) eat green vegetables, fruits and allot of water believe it or not water is probably the best dietary supplement out there. Exercise 1 to 2 times a day, for 30 to 60 min. It does not have to be intense workout. Boxing is a great way to lose weight fast all you need are gloves and a punching bag and you are good. There are jumpsuit bags at Wall- Mart that make you sweat more and lose more weight you could consider buying one of those and you will see a difference in about 1 week, but all of this will work if you eat properly and drink 8 or more glasses of water and you cut down on the junk food and soda

yes it is possible, but it's extremely unhealthy to do so. It has more to do with what you eat, than how much you exercise. The last diet I was on, I lost 30 pounds in 20 days and I didn't exercise at all, it was all in how I changed my diet. Exercising builds muscle and muscle weight more than fat, so you could loose like 6 inches off your waist and not loose a single pound (that's an exaggeration, but you get my point). But don't starve youself either, starvation causes your motabolism to slow down which makes you loose weight at a slower pace. Here's my suggestions, Stop working out soo much, workout every other day, using cardio, maybe some weights, but mostly cardio. you need to give your muscles time to relax other wise you'll burn out. As for you're diet, what works for me (and everyone's different) is the atkins, but don't by those low carb made items ... they arn't healthy, do the naturally low carb things, like, eggs, cheese, peanut butter, meat, fish ... ect. and try to eat 6 or 7 small meals a day, instead of 3 large meals, eating more times a day helps speed up matobilism. Also and alot of people are unware of how important it is to drink water, or how much to drink. it isn't a standard 8 glasses a day for everyone, the amount of water you should drink a day is ... you body weight divided by 2 in ounces ... example, if you weight 160 pounds, you would take 160 divide that by 2 = 80 and then make that ounces, so 80 ounces. well i think thats all I can tell you, good luck!

Go for a brisk walk for in the morning, and again for an hour or more in the evening.

Drink at least 100 oz (3 liters) of water a day, starting with about 20 oz when you wake up, first thing.

No sodas or fast food. Plan your meals for the week and eat food that you make, because prepared frozen food is about as fast food.

Just eat until you aren't hungry.

Lots of veggies, low sugar fruit and nuts (not peanuts. Better to eat cashews and almonds). Keep these on hand if you need a snack between meals.

Try to get all your food before 6-7pm. Most of you eat after that will be digested during sleep, and therefore stored as fat.

It is possible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight fast then you will without doubt put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 8 pounds for the last month when I had a wedding to attend, and I did it by following the tips and tricks presented on the web resource in the box below.

20 pounds will take about 10 weeks, not enough time by the numbers you have given. If you try to lose it this quickly you will be miserable and will almost definitely put all the pounds back on and more. I strongly suggest you reconsider this.

Start slow and aim 2-3 pounds a week at the beginning at most.

Start jogging about an hour every day, cut processed sugars out of your diet, drink at least eight glass of water a day, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and make sure you get as much sleep as your new baby will allow as sleep deprivation can cause your body to retain water which will not help you at all. Hope this helps!
