How would you decifer what "LMFAO" stands for?

I made a remark on Face book about Farmville being fictional and that I'm too busy dealing with reality. When she said that she lost her farm and had to rebuild it, I said (kiddingly) "good luck, sucker...LOL", and her friend's remark was "LMFAO". How would you interpret that remark?

    LMFAO stands for Laughing My F*cking A** Off.

    It's 'laughing my f**king a*s off" and LMBO is "laughing my butt off" for a cleaner version.
