Is it legal to buy games online that are M rated if you are not 17?

It's more illegal for the store or website to sell it to you if you are under 17.

Well OBVIOUSLY it'll be kinda bad if ur playing it at like 12 or something, but if ur 15, or 16, then i think ur ok. But for the record you'll still probably be ok if u were 12, because they don't arrest people for playing games at a different age then listed.

YES VERY ILLEGAL. My brother tried to buy a M rated game when he was 16 and a cop walked in at the wrong time. My brother was tackled to the ground and thrown in jail. After a few months they deported him to Guantanamo Bay and we haven't heard from him since. Trust me, not something you wanna mess with. Stay in school.

the police have far more serious things to worry about then kids buying games I'm sure
