Madden 10 question...?
Why does it become more difficult to pass the football when your IQ becomes higher than 700? I noticed that the accuracy is very hard to control for even the simplest of passes once a IQ of 700 is acquired.
Any suggestions.

You've answered your question. Once you get better, the game adapts to your skill level. But my tips would be
1) Don't throw while on the run, lowers your chance of making a good pass
2) Try and pick routes that are short and easy to passes to. Curls, Fades or Posts are good
3) When passing, try aiming to aim the ball at the players numbers.
