2010 WC: Will South Africa BAFANA BAFANA prevail?
The opening game is within 8 hours.
The hosts will kick off against Mexico.
On paper, the Mexicans clearly have the edge but World Cups are not decided based on theories.
In many forums I've seen some Mexican fans say (rather arrogantly) that the South Africans have forgotten that they are not even in the top 80 world rankings and Mexico will teach them a football lesson come June 11.
I say, beware of the power of vuvuzela.
I believe vuvuzela will be the unique feature, and perhaps deciding factor, of 2010 WC.
It is likely to work in favor of the African teams.
They might not win this opening game, but I back the Bafana Bafana to show why no host nations have failed to advance beyond first round in WC history.
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Thanks - Ignatius

It will be a cagey encounter. As much as both teams wish to prevail and get the three points, losing would be a big step backwards. Thus, both will play cautiously and we may see a 1-1 or 0-0 draw.

I hope South Africa wins their crowd deserves to celebrate , personally I don't think Mexico will make it too far , they've never reached a final or even semis in world cup , they are just a lot of hype
