Can we have a moratorium on opposing sides hitting the "Report Abuse" button?

on those views they oppose. I mean come on! Y!A are tools for not actually going through them and finding the issues with merit, so let's just let each other have it! Ok! Let's have at it...no more question or answer deletions!!!

    Amen!

I have only a small handful of time actually reported something. Probably 3 at most. Its really stupid in this section. If you go to most any other section of this site (other than R&S) people don't even bother to use thumbs up or down, and never report anyone. Politics is pretty much the sewer of Yahoo Answers. If someone doesn't like your opinion (no matter how well you answer the question), you could get reported. I get reported 4-5 times a day. Admittedly in the last 2.5 years I've been on here, I have violated the "rules" 5-10 times. But getting reported 4-5 times a day is only about someone disagreeing with me or deciding they don't like me. Total BS. But children will be children.

Hmmm...sounds like you have been reported a few times. Some of the questions/answers on here are soooo distasteful, nasty, rude and pornographic that I have hit the "report Abuse" button, too. And I have been reported as well, mostly by libs who don't have a sense of humor or proportion or, apparently, a life worth living in the greatest nation on God's green earth.

I don't report anyones questions/answers, and haven't had any of my questions/answers deleted, despite receiving many hostile, and even hateful responses. Although, I support your truce, for the trigger happy report monkeys.

Agreed, no more indeed. Specially in the politics.

I always say that if the heat of the debate makes you emotional, then you ain't belong here.
