Can I use this glycerin soap on my face?
I have a bar of French Milled Pure Soap, and it says it has coconut oil, almond oil, and glycerin. I have oily skin, and I've been breaking out a lot recently. Will this make my skin worse or better?

I've heard twice a day is ideal, but even though I have oily skin, I've found 2x a day is too much for me because it dries my skin out. I'd wait a few days until your skin feels better before you continue washing. What kind of face soap are you using? Ones with microbeads can irritate sensitive skin, and some people react negatively to too much acne-treatment stuff (like Benzol peroxide or Salicylic acid). Try using a gentle cleaner without acne medication in it and never ever use hand soap!
