Need help with potty training my daughter?

She will be 3 next month. She has done very well with the urination part of potty training. She's been going for several months on her own, takes naps in panties and only wears a pull up at night. Most mornings, the pull up is dry.

Our issue is getting her to go #2. She has gone a handful lof times, but no consistency. Most of the time, she goes in her panties and tells us after. We recognize the signs of when she has to go, and will put her on the potty, read to her, encourage her, but she won't go.

Any suggestions?

Update:

Bribing worked for #1, but not for #2.

Bribe her. Tell her if she can fully use the potty for a day, week, etc she can pick out a toy or candy. But when she doesnt do not offer anything. Make her know that it is time to be a big girl but they still can have accidents. dont make her feel embarrassed when she goes in her pull ups.
