I need to lose weight this 2010 summer break! Please help.?

Okay, I'm 13 years old and trying to lose weight this summer so i will look great this upcoming school year. I am already in dance,volleyball,softball,and basketball. But that doesnt seem to work as much as i would like it to. Any ideas of what would help me this summer?? I need help! (Main target areas are the arms,tummy,and thighs)

    If you're already doing all that exercise and not losing weight than you most likely are eating too much and unhealthily. Avoid things like soda and unhealthy snacks.

    Now u can start with Brad Raw Apple Cider Vinigar before every meal, this helps alot as it will keep u full and u will only eat little also it helps reduce body fat, and drink Healtheries Naturally slim Tea, 3 times a day, warm water with lemon juice on empty stomach early in the mornings, lots of fruits & vegetables, vegetables should only be steamed or grilled.

    only walking execise can help u alot. also try to take warm water mix with 1 tablespoon cinnaman powder & 1 tablespoon honey, helps lose weight fast.

    Doing all this u will lose at least 15 ponds in one week , I have tried it myself and yes it did a great work on me.
