Being an accountant isn't approximately including numbers. that's approximately following the accounting regulations. additionally time-honored as pronouncements. long previous are the days of the guy who has to take a seat down there and upload long columns of numbers up. long previous are the days of the accountant figureing depreciation by skill of dividing this variety by skill of that variety. Calculators, the laptop and Excel have wipped all that out over the final 10 years. So do no longer sweat the mathematics stuff. Sweat whether you're relatively fascinated in transforming into an accountant.

If you want to become a good accountant,go for masters then ICWA.If don't want to study further, work hard.Examine all papers thoroughly, which come across you like, purchase bills, sales bills,a/c.statements of vendors,yr.own books of a/c. etc.Try to catch mistakes & rectify the same.Involve yr.self in the monthly/quarterly internal audits/balance sheet preparations etc.Acquire knowledge on taxations, various forms like C form,etc..This process will take at least 10 years for you to become a good accountant. But then there is no short cut to hard work.God Bless You.............
