As far as I know, downloading videos cost huge telephone bills of broadband. I want to know what type of connection or device should I buy to incur the minimum amount of expense and the least amount of time to download maximum videos. Whether I have to buy broadband connection or 3G connection or usb stick or any other device. Please help me out . It is very very urgent.
