Yes.
But politicians (almost) never tell the public the whole story.
Do they?

The only thing that stuck out to me was when he mentioned that by the end of July 90% of the oil that is gushing out right now will be contained. 90% is his exact percentage. Just how are you going to get that much oil capped in such a short time period? We are in the middle close to the end of June and the oil is still coming out it large mass. I am left wondering how that much oil will be capped. I think he left out details concerning that part. Throwing that percentage out there, without giving details leaves the public wondering if you can do it, and how you will do it. I think it will be interesting to see his plan. So far I think he has the right ideas, but he hasn't been so transparent on all issues and that high percentage along with the time line in July doesn't prove anything. I want to see how he will do it, not just talk about it.

Yup.
He left out Homeland Security ..... Other than a trip to Louisiana to look around, Napolitano has done nothing ... NOTHING ... other than chatter about who's fault it was....
"British Petroleum needs to get the spill stopped," she said.(1) [HA! "British Petroleum!!! Bright gal!!!]
AND ..
Ms. Napolitano, who is overseeing the federal response to the spill from a BP rig explosion off the coast of Louisiana, defended the government's handling of the accident, saying "we are doing everything we can" (MAY18)(2)
Then she toddled off to: (May 28)(3)
Napolitano was a VIP guest at the Washington National Opera Ball at the Russian Federation Embassy last Friday, a luxurious event that featured Fabergé egg cakes, 30,000 pounds worth of ice sculptures, and Russian ballerinas and singers—bringing in some $1.5 million for the opera. The Homeland boss says she's been to all the company's performances this season, including last Saturday's Hamlet at the Kennedy Center. It's one of the best insider perks of a top-level Washingtonian."
Please remember ... this is the same Napolitano who was so worried about "man-caused" disasters, because she wanted ..."to move away from the politics of fear toward a policy of being prepared for all risks that can occur."(4)(March 2009)
.
She was "prepared for all risks" alright! She ain't got a clue ... just like her boss.
Interior Secretary Salazar was even cuter ... "We were stepping on the neck of BP" almost immediately.(1)
.
Stepping on necks and Kicking *** ... What a wonderful government we have!
