What makes obama think cap and trade would even work when california has one and it has failed?

Businesses have moved out of the state. And Corporations would move out of the United States if implemented because of this scam.

Update:

    California has one?

I know they were talking about out here, but I don't remember it passing.

UPDATE: Thanks for the extra info. I looked into this. It's called the Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006. It's contains cap & trade stuff, but that part doesn't start until 2012.

Can't honestly say it's failed when it hasn't even begun yet.

California has more businesses than any other state and a larger economy than any 2 red states combined. If it failed so much why are they doing so much better than the red states in businesses and economic size?

He doesn't care about CO2. He just wants to redistribute the wealth and bring the US down to the level of a third world country. Cap and Trade will accomplish that.

We will do it smarter and more efficient than them.

It has to work, because the future of this country is depended up on it.

People questioned if NASA could build a Rocket that could land humans on the Moon, but due to our determination, we made it work. The same goes for clean energy.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
