In Holby City,who was the man who was trying to throttle Connie Beacham?

The week before (I think) there was a sub-storyline of an old lady who was dying and her son was desperate to see her before she died. Although Mark tried to keep her alive, sadly she died before her son arrived. When he did get to the hospital, Connie nicked his parking space he was about to reverse into. He, of course, was angry and they had a brief row. She told him she was a consultant so to get over it!

I think it was him too who smashed in the windscreen of her car as he was so angry that he wasn't there for his mum. The storyline lead you to believe that Connie's friend's husband did that.

It wasn't clear at first but if you read some of the forums, it explains better and then it all makes sense.

i used to watch it and my mum still does and she told me about this storyline and she never misses an episode 'cos weve sky plussed it ;) and she didnt know who it was either so the answer will probs come out in a few weeks time :)
