Why does God have to be a "he"?

Why can't God be a she or an "it" (meaning devoid of any male or female persona)? And honestly wouldn't it make more sense for God to be a woman since God created the universe and men can't procreate, but women can. God basically gave birth to existence, so wouldn't it make more sense for God to be a woman than a man?

Because the bible was written by men, for men, when women were considered property.

Because they were all chauvinistic as*clowns and women did not measure up to men in any way. Thinking like that would get one stoned to death by all the desert dwellers.

God created man in his own image = Adam.

Adam got lonely and asked for a companion. God took his rib and made woman = Eve.

But it does not say in whose image she was made!!
