Totting-up procedure!?

When does the totting-up of yellows get cancelled? Is it after the groups or later on?

    Only when the world cup is over. The cards do not carry outside of it. New FIFA regulations:

    If a player receives a yellow card, and he gets a second one in any game after that, he gets a match suspensio and has to sit out the next game.

    So if a player receives a yellow card in the semi-final, he does not get to play in the finals if his team is the one that wins.
