Free tickets - Obligated to take friend or my dad?

I won four tickets to a concert. Before winning them - I texted my one friend to see if she was free and able to go down to the place to pick up some free tickets. They had other tickets left she just had to go there and get them. And since I was getting mine I offered her to go so she could get some too. Well she was out of town and not able to but loves this concert.

I got there and got my four but was not able to get more tickets cuz Im one person and someone else needed to pick them up.

I tried calling her after I got the tickets and no answer/Tried texting no reply.

She doesnt know I have the tickets yet.

And I felt like I should be taking her and her husband along with me and mine. But I realize its Fathers Day and my dad would love to go with us.

So now I kinda feel torn even though I told her about the free tickets, Cuz I thought it would be fun if she could go get some and we all could go.
