We were looking for a van for my family. Most cars we've bought are usually from a private person.

I took a friends recommandation on this used car lots cause she knows the owner and he wouldnt do us wrong, he has a fmaily too & would give us a good deal and help us. We went there and fell in love with a van, It was ours! We didnt sign anything but he was holding it for us. They needed to clean it and do alittle maintence work on it but the price wouldnt change price of 3295.00. At first we told him our top limit would be 3500.00 but was really tring to stay at about 3 grand. He wouldnt lower the price to 3 grand for us but offer us to make payments on 295.00 (LOL!). We went the next day/time when he told us - He says they found alittle more work that had to be done so another day or two but the price wouldnt change. This was a weekend so we didnt go looking for anything else cuz the guy had us hooked on this van. Then he calls - the vans ready to pick up. ten mins later, Wait its not ready and we have found more work that has to be done and will rasie the price 400-500 dollars. We still were thinking it, cuz we did have out hearts set on this. (luckly the exceitment of it didnt get us stuck) few days later, We told him we just werent comfortable with the price nowmfortable now with it, But if you have something else that comes in, in our price range let us know. Well then we see the van sitting out on the lot for a few days, last weekend we drove by and the price is hugely on the window 3295.00! The orignal price that we were wanting to get the van for!! Im pissed off and feel that cuz he "had us" and was able to franagle a way to up the price to our TOP LIMIT! I am glad that I did find another van from another used car lot, the van was two years OLDER but 60,000 LESS miles on it and it was the same price of 3295.00 and we offered cash sale and was able to get the van for 2700.00! So Im not van shopping anymore but do feel bussiness build a reputation with the way they handle things. I very very much wan tto put on facebook to spread the word about this issue! I do feel bad cuz I dont want my friends feeling being hurt of my negitive expereince with him, But I am using my expereice of it as word of mouth and going to plaster this on facebook so my friends will know that I feel like I was going to be taken for.

Now - What exactly should I post on facebook? Heres an exmaple maybe?:

Dealer do have the right to change the price of a car-

Good thing I have the right not to purchase it, But funny that they could have had a sale with me but changed the price. Of course the next guy got it for a lower price.

Guess a family was an easy target to try and get more money of them.

I started a facebook group for moms. I figured we dont need rules, Since we are all adults. THe only "rule" is we dont accept new members and we dont want drama.(the group as a whole decdied that since we have address and numbers shared in the group) The admins in charge, we have done are best to try and keep no drama. We have one member that has been the root to any drama starting we have had. This member is also well liked by several members. With all the members that have came to us and let us know what other members thing some like her,dont like her or really dont care. Her posts end up being gone before all the members see her "true colors". But alot of members are aware of her rudeness. People can disagree, But she takes it to a personal strong dislike level. She has bashed members on her personal page, Which thats her personal page Shes free to do what she wants there. But she has brought her personal attacks into the group. I personally dont like her but I have been fair and until she has a reason to be removed, Which I think the time has come. Our group has been wonderful - the few times there has abeen drama she has been the cause/root of it. Before when she did talk to me, She had such a strong hate towards other moms she has never even met - IMO she tried threatened and scareing me into deleting a member she didnt like. I wouldnt delete the other member, so Im sure she got mad. She told me so many other people will leave the group and start their own group unless I deleted the other member. I wouldnt delete the other member, she did nothing wrong. No one in the group came to me saying they didnt like the other member except this "drama starter member". Where now I have had ALOT of members come to me saying "drama starter member" is too rude and needs to go. Where just cuz members dont like one another we cant do anything but she has been the center of the drama so I think its time for her to go. ALso Im sure some of the members that "follow" her may be mad so I need to prepare for their questions/remarks about why shes gone. Some may not have noticed or seen the posts but I can explain that if they would like.

7 weeks with my 3rd child.

My hubby is out of work and he does all the kids running and homework,ect.

Theres a few people in my life that have it made money wise and have their perfect life.

My family we struggle but with a smile and lots of love. And it always works out.

I know I shouldnt care what others think, But Im curious and worried about what my work family will say to me. They are the rich well to do that is part of my life.

This wasnt planned (not by me...God maybe) and Im still in shock but the excitment is starting to kick in...OMG Im having a baby!

Has anyone ran into anyone with ride comments or smart remarks after telling the news?

Im about to turn 30. I have an 8yr old and 5 yr old from my previous relationship.

My current hubby and I have been together for about 5 years, And this is his frist bio child so its very exciting for us/him. We got together when my youngest was only a few months so he is use to the baby age.

My daughter is almost 8 and we are thinking of maybe renting a hotel room with an indoor pool to have fun at. We are in Ohio, so its cold and snowy outside. (also trying to be cheaper than the waterparks and stay near the house cuz of pets)

Any suggestions on this?

I will be calling to see if the hotel would let us a rent a room (or two if my sisters family goes too)

And wondering if they would let us have guests come to the room and pool for a little party.

Any other suggestions for a kids birthday party at a hotel?

Im not sure if its me or my boyfriend of 5 years.

But lately it is really bugging me how frustrated he gets.

Im laid back relax type of person.

For example when we are driving in the car...And I agree theres lots of idiots drivers out there...

But he seems to let them get to him. He will throw his arms up and cruse at them about how much of a moran they are cuz they just cut us off or something.

And for me...okay yes they cant drive and almost ran us off the road but chill and let it go.

I went this past Saturday the first time to donate plasma.

Two people had me pump and look at my arms, And they said thank you for tring but we cant.

They didnt defere me or say anything much else.

So my veins are small I guess.

What can I do in the meantime to try and go back again?

Ive been drinking lots of water.

And I know from the past its hard for someone to find a vein but they have done it.

My bf and I have been together 5 yrs. Recently Im just confused. I dont know if its me or him or others. His family and friends annoy me with their bad habits.

Money is tight so thats always stressful.

I have kids that consider him daddy, Which he has been around since the youngest was a baby.

But recently Im just so stressed I almost feel like cutting off ties with him and anyone he knows.

I feel like Im not going anywhere in life. I just keep working and struggling.

Which I dont know if its me to blame or him or Im just confused.

I love him - He is a good person but I just feel like im being weighed down in life.

His family are completely worthless, crackheads and liars. He has no where to go and I dont want that to force myself to stay with him. He has no real people in his life other than me...But thats just my opinion again.

Ive been with in my relationship for 5 years.

I have two children from a previous relationship, Whom where young when we got together and my current boyfriend..Is basicly daddy.

He has been out of work for 2 years.

He does attempt to get some side jobs doing to make alittle money,

But still I struggle to support us.

Is there ever...enough is enough?

I get so stressed about being the one to support us.

He smokes and at 5.00 a pack daily it just frsutrates me.

We live paycheck to paycheck.

So when he runs out of cigs he is a huge pain in the butt.

And he is in a bad mood the whole time he doesnt have any.

Its hard for me to bring this subject up cause he gets sensitive and sad about not being able to make the money he wants.

But IMO he doesnt do everything he can to find a job or make sidejobs.

Sometimes I feel like Im better off without him.

Id like to make and save money and I feel like he just sucks it out of me.

It says you can test 5 days before your period.

I wonder how good these are? Anyone have input?

Im due for my period now.

We have a male fixed boxer that will be two in Sept.

He barks arresively when he is in the car - when people walk near the car.

And today My hubby and kids and I were out and they droped my off at work and then after I was out of hte car - I was saying bye to everyone and even our doggie...And he arresively barked at me!!

This is only in the car! What should we do? How?

We've had him since he was a pup - He is a great dog other than this.

At home he wonders the yard with us and is loving. He will sit next to one of us or the front steps when someone walks by. Even other people walking with dogs. He plays with our neighbors dogs well. With our friends dogs fine...Goes to the dog park is fine. Everything is great other than how he acts around ppl when he is in the car. He has never bitten anyone..But like I say He has teeth, So thats always a possiblilty IMO. When in the car and he does get like that we do make sure his window is rolled up enough just incase so he cant get his head out at anyone.

I won free tickets to this concert...I listen to country on the radio but dont really pay attention to the srtist...Other than I know of the Badonkadonk song...What are some other songs they will be playing or what are some of the popular songs - Just so I can get an idea of what we will be seeing/hearing! I won four tickets to a concert. Before winning them - I texted my one friend to see if she was free and able to go down to the place to pick up some free tickets. They had other tickets left she just had to go there and get them. And since I was getting mine I offered her to go so she could get some too. Well she was out of town and not able to but loves this concert.

I got there and got my four but was not able to get more tickets cuz Im one person and someone else needed to pick them up.

I tried calling her after I got the tickets and no answer/Tried texting no reply.

She doesnt know I have the tickets yet.

And I felt like I should be taking her and her husband along with me and mine. But I realize its Fathers Day and my dad would love to go with us.

So now I kinda feel torn even though I told her about the free tickets, Cuz I thought it would be fun if she could go get some and we all could go.

I had my period May 17th - May 21st.

And today I just started my period - June 15th.

Im knew with TTC. In the past its just happened and this time around we are ttc.

My 7yr old has always been on the chucky side every since she was born. (My son who is 5 has been on the too thin/tiny side)

The kids are home for Summer with Dad while Im working. In just a week she has kept busy. And not asking for food out of boredom. She says she is always hungry, She can eat. .(she will eat 3-4 slices of pizza if shes alloowed to) And being my child of course I dont want to not give in to her but we know I cant now. Daddy is more strict of course.

Her height Id say is normal if not taller for her classmates. Her weight is about 80lbs.

Theres another chunky girl in her class but for the most past they all are skinny.

She has mentioned to me about her weight. So we have talked to her about and are doing what we can...Food choices have been better. And she is getting more active now that school is out and we have her doing more things, and she learned ot ride a two wheel bike!

I had a Walmart credit card in Florida they say from 2004. Im now in Ohio 2010. Is this falling of my credit? They are threatening me with court order garnishment if I dont settle which I do not have the money. What should I do?

I dodge creditors from my past - My bad, IM not the only one.

They have been calling my dad and he has told them he doesnt know where I am. (We now live in a different state from when I had credit problems)

So today they called my dad and threatened him saying a sheriff would be at his house tommorrow for me. So my dad is like call them!

I call and its about a Walmart credit card from 2004 - She says I owe 1800. and will settle for 1200.

(Im thinking my card was only 500 - I know it wasnt that much)

I tell her Im the only income of my family I struggle to feed my kids!

She tells me she can take a payment today for like 400 - Im tell her again...I struggle to feed my kids where am I getting that money from?!!

So I gotta call her back in a day or two.

She says they will take me to court and garnish my paycheck.

Ironics I do the accounting at my job, lol. We have had garnishments for hospitals/healthcare but Ive never had a credit card go for a garnishment.

Do they?

I did ask her if the garnishment it would be the full about of 1800? She tells me plus legal fees,ect that would be about 2000.

So a total of like 3800!!

Okay so what should I do now?

DO I offer a payment plan? But it cant be anywhere near what they want - Seriously cant afford much. (30.00?)

Or are they scareing me telling me about court/garnishment?

If it was the 1800 Id continue with a garnishment but fees are more than what they owe.

IF you go to a drive in food stand.....Like Swensons/RootBeer,ect...IF you get the order to go should you still tip the person getting the order?

How to reconcile friendship?

Okay. We (couple in our late 20's) along with another couple (mid 20's) We both have two kids and last year became close during the Fall. We would hang out and do dinners together. My fiance and the other husband were kinda step brothers and spent some years growing up so they were close. We stored his truck for Winter and it was a huge hassle getting him to move it out of our way after Winter (My opinion on when things went wrong) But into this year we didnt hang out so often cuz of the snow and schedules. And shortly after he got his truck out, It seems like we arent really friends any longer. (He didnt answer calls) She deleted me from Myspace. (Its just myspace so thats okay) But I dont know what happened. And months ago when everything was still okay (in my eyes) , And we would stop by they would joke about how come WE dont call,ect...And I mentioned the phone works both ways. I didnt see why we had to call and what not. Anyways...I just dont see the need for it and we were good friends. So now Im wnating to know how to I squish this and reconcile the friendship. If they are game also of course. I was thinking of emailing her to ask her if she wanted to head to the park one day...or see if they want to get together for a cookout.

Any suggestions/adivse on how to go about it?

In my late 20's. We had a party yesterday for me and no one came. I feel like a let down kid in school. I know I don't have alot of freinds but really none.
