Honestly, the best way to TTC is to do the BD every other day during your cycle. Many women ovulate early or late in their cycle so the best way to catch that egg is to BD 2-3 times a week.
As far as sex everyday, for some couples that helps and for others it could be too much. Honestly, you don't have to unless you want to - most will go every other day.
If you're wondering when you are most fertile, it is generally in the middle of your cycle - days 10-16. You count the first day of your period as day 1. You can also watch your body for signs of fertility. For example, you will generally have more cervical mucus when you are fertile. However, if you want to keep things fun and simple, stick with 2-3 times a week and have fun!!!!

Assuming your periods are regular...
You're running a 29 day cycle.
So, your next period should start July 14.
You ovulate 14 days before your period starts, so assuming your periods are regular you likely will ovulate around June 30. Start trying to conceive a few days before that to four days after that. The rest of the month likely won't result in conception.
There is no ovulating early or late in your cycle, it's always 14 days before your next period starts. When your period is late, it's because of stressors causing your ovulation to happen late, which pushes out when your period starts. But it's ALWAYS 14 days after ovulation.
I highly recommend getting a copy of Taking Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weschler. There are lots of other body signs you can watch for that will let you know when you are most likely to conceive.
