How to make veins bigger to donate plasma?
I went this past Saturday the first time to donate plasma.
Two people had me pump and look at my arms, And they said thank you for tring but we cant.
They didnt defere me or say anything much else.
So my veins are small I guess.
What can I do in the meantime to try and go back again?
Ive been drinking lots of water.
And I know from the past its hard for someone to find a vein but they have done it.

You did your duty. Don't rush to do it again. I got sick from it, so if you can't do it, then so be it. You can help the organization in other ways, as, for example, in the office. So, don't feel bad about it.

make advantageous youre eating sufficient... if youre dehydrated, your veins must be smaller than universal. in any different case, you're tremendously plenty caught with what you have. I dont think of it incredibly is a sturdy ingredient or a foul ingredient... it in basic terms is.
