led zeppelin vs ac/dc(old ac/dc)?

Like them both, meh, I can't choose between them...they're very different from one another. You can always tell an AC/DC song by the same three chords :) and Led Zeppo changed it up a lot, drawing their influence from the blues, folk, rock & roll...but I love them both in different ways.

Well. musically Led Zeppelin are better. They have more variation, where AC/DC stick to the same formula. But I prefer AC/DC because they've always been my favorite band. I love the energy in their songs. All the power chords, and Angus's solos.

Led Zeppelin in some musical aspect is overrated. Don't get me wrong though. I'm a fan of Led Zeppelin. Jimmy Page is a wonderful guitarist, Robert Plant has a phenomenal voice, John Paul Jones is a great bassist, and John Bonham was a monster on the drums (R.I.P.). However, people make a really big deal out of them and hail them as 'Gods'. Pink Floyd is far better in my personal perspective. Much better actually. Most people only remember Led Zeppelin because of Stairway to Heaven. AC/DC was good when they were with Bon Scott. I haven't listened to them in a while though.

AC/DC is my favorite band so I am not going against them but Led Zeppelin is in my top 5

AC/DC - If you want Blood you've got it, Hells Bells, or Highway to Hell. My favorite would be one of those

Both bands are really incrediable as much as I love the voice of Bon Scott,I like Robert Plants voice better because it can go heavy or soft like ballets,having said that Old AC/DC fans search out boxset~BonFire it is 5 stars!!!! That's a tough choice. Musically, Led Zeppelin is more complex and diverse, but AC/DC just plain define rock and roll. I love the personality of AC/DC, the fact that they all seem like regular dudes. All of them seem very humble, good-humored, and unpretentious. In interviews they always seem very down-to-earth and in touch with their fans and their sound. I think musically, I may prefer Led Zeppelin a little bit more, but if I had to pick which band I'd want to be a member of, it'd be AC/DC.

I like Led Zeppelin better. My fave song by them at the moment is Kashmir, but Stairway to Heaven is an AWESOME classic.

My fave by AC/DC is either It's a Long Way to the Top or Highway to Hell.

I prefer Zeppelin, I never did like AC/DC very much. And I think Stairway to Heaven is probably also my favorite song by them.
