Oh I can help you! I just went to a Bridal Shower about 6 weeks ago so I will tell you a few games we played.
The first game we played was called 20 questions for the Bride. The Bride had to sit on a stool/chair in front of the whole room and before the event 20 questions were asked to the Groom. The Same questions were asked to the Bride if she got them wrong she had to chew a piece of bubbilous gum. Before the questions everyone in the room had to guess how many she would get right. By the end of the game she had 12 pieces in her mouth. They were not easy questions either like where is his dream vacation, favorite pie, and so on. Who ever gets the closest to how many she got right gets a prize.
We played a game where they put a apron on the bride and put tons of different items on their such as paperclip, spatula, notepad, measuring cups, ect there was like 25 items on this thing and once she left the room everyone had to write down as much as they could who ever got the most down in 5 mins got a prize.
The purse Game was fun. Everyone had to put their purse on the table and the Maid of Honor listed different items such as credit cards 2 points, dental floss 4 points, jewelry, hand sanitizer, watch, childrens toys, silverware different random items were worth different points for their uniqueness and who ever got the most points at the end won a prize.
They did a wedding word twist took wedding words and twisted them and gave guests 5 mins to untwist the words for a prize. There was about 25 words and they were words such as officiant, florist, wedding, cake, groom, limo, bubbles, guestbook, like different wedding related words.
It was pretty fun lol. I had a good time and the games were pretty challenging and I loved it. Thought it was well planned out. My favorite was when the bride finally opened all gifts one of the bridesmaids wrote down words as she talked and at the end they said here is was the bride will say on her wedding night. And when the bride opened her presents she said things like O My God, Wow mom look at this, O its so big, I can't believe it, Oh yeah thats awesome, Ooh this is my favorite, I will do this everyday, yes what I always wanted, daddy would love this. It was so hilarious.

Have a bridal shower raffle and pull a ticket after every few gifts to break it up, do a "how well do you know the bride game?" and have the guests write down answers to a few questions about the bride, get pictures of the bride and groom at various ages and have the guests guess how old they are.
