Why do I have cold skin in hot weather and during exercise?

I recently noticed during a work-out class that instead of sweating (except my back), my skin gets cold to the touch; it also happens if I'm out gardening and such outdoor activities. I've been told this is really bad, but I wasn't able to find any specific information. I drink plenty of water, and don't feel sick, but should I have this checked out?

No it's not bad it's actually good. It means that your body is burning fat. I've had the same questions as to why my stomach was cold after running and was told that it was burning fat. So don't worry it's All good
