Could i be allergic to milk?
ok so i have never had a problem with drink milk before i dont drink it that often but the last 2 days i had cereal with milk and both days I had diarrhea(TMI I know) 3 hours after eating the cereal and i was wondering if it was the milk not getting along with me stomach or if the milk is bad i checked the expiration date and it is good for like 2 more weeks and it tastes and smells fine
I looked up the symptoms of food poisoning and they said they dont start for 4-36 hours after eating the food and I have no other symptoms no nausea vomiting stomach cramp fevers chills none of that i am confused i am going to stop drinking milk until i can see a doctor
Oh and i had ice cream last night and had no problems so that makes me think it the specific gallon of milk
anyone have any ideas
I looked up the symptoms for lactose intolerance and it said they start 30 min to 2 hours after you eat milk and it is 3 I know for sure because after i ate cereal I took a shower and went to bed because i stayed up all night and i woke up out of my sleep because i had to go so bad then I went right back to sleep IDK whats wrong because i asked the other ppl in my house about the milk and no one else got sick so is there some other intolerance to milk I might have?

sounds like lactose intolerence. i know gas and abdominal pains after eating/drinking dairy is a symptom.

yes, you could have recently developed an allergy to it, even if you never had any problems drinking milk in the past. I have heard that milk causes the intestines to swell. I get headaches when I drink milk, but can eat cheese dip and other dairy products and have no symptoms.
