    (Shift+ 6)

It's on the same key as the 6 on the numbers that are near the top of your keyboard.

on a character map go over 3 columns and down 3 rows.

on a qwerty keyboard you just shift the number 6 meaning press shift and 6 at tthe same time to get ^

it is the same for a Dvorak Keyboard...

an ergonomic keyboard dosent have the option for it...

good luck....hope you can find it.

Do you have a US keyboard?

If it's not on your keyboard, try running the "Character Map" program, under "Accessories" (assuming Windows of course)

The character, "Circumflex accent", is on the fourth row, second from left.
