Why do I get dizzy so easily?
I took a fishing trip on Lake Michigan (Chicago) and was throwing up the entire time because the water was choppy. Ever since that trip I keep getting dizzy very easily. When I take a car ride or turn quickly I feel like the world is spinning. What do you think is wrong? I will be taking another trip this summer to the Florida coast and will be on a fishing charter with my family but we won’t be in the ocean but In-shore so there will be more calm waters, what should I take ahead of time to prevent seasickness?

it probably was that you were dehydrated from puking, id take some motion sickness meds and drink tons of water.
throwing up can get you dehydrated reeeeally fast, and dehydration can cause dizzyness

best answer is to go to the doctor. it could be from low blood sugar which could be cause by diabetes (especially if you have poor eating habits) could be low blood pressure, when i get up too fast i get dizzy, i have low blood pressure or maybe you need glasses, that could be a big part of it. Go get it checked out.

i think i could suggest reality is quite much more than most people can accept.
