Given their corporate reputation as a company with a reckless disregard of safety, should we place a moratorium on all BP exploratory drilling, including the Liberty site in Alaska?
Should we allow the other oil companies to continue deep water exploration, and have the moratorium extend only to BP?

If BP is so bad, then why was the Obama admin. about to give them a safety award right before this happened (ques mark).
