    You can do this in OSX if you use Quicktime's Screen Recording feature. Since Quicktime already comes pre-installed on all Macs, there's nothing to download.

    If you have OSX Snow Leopard, you can use Quicktime. Open Quicktime, go to File, choose New Screen Recording.

    Well, there is this program called Jing that will record whats on your screen, but I believe you can only record up to 5 minutes. Also it is recorded as a swf, so you'll need to find a converter from swf to mp4. If you're willing to pay, I recommend Snapz Pro X

    !NO DOWNLOADS! In spotlight type "QuickTime Player" Then at the top where the apple symbol is 

    Go to File>New Screen Recording :P All comes with MOST MacOSX systems...

    Take another Mac and make the screens face each other. Activate the webcam on one of them to record the other screen.

    There is a free software that is only for Mac computers called Camtwist and i'm pretty sure you can record videos on it thats all i know about it.

    I prefer screentoaster.com cuz u can record ur screen for free and upload it to youtube for free including audio.
