MTG: Red deck wins help?

Could you help fine-tune my red deck wins deck? I've already won one FNM with the deck, including beating what looked like a competitive Jund deck 2-0 (I didn't see much beyond numerous creature lands, bloodbraid elf, putrid leech, maelstrom pulse, sprouting thrinax, and blightning, but since the deck only lost to mine, I would assume it was highly competitive). The sideboard needs the most work.

Cards: 60

4 Goblin Guide

4 Hellspark Elemental

4 Kiln Fiend

4 Ball Lightning

1 Hell's Thunder

2 Elemental Appeal (do not say that I need to switch out these for Hell's Thunder. I'm already working on it)

Creatures:19

4 Lightning Bolt

4 Burst Lightning

4 Searing Blaze

3 Earthquake

2 Staggershock

2 Seismic Strike

Other spells: 19

17 Mountain

3 Teetering Peaks

2 Arid Mesa

Land: 22

Sideboard:

2 Staggershock

2 Seismic Strike

4 Magma Spray

2 Devastating Summons

4 Dragon's Claw

1 Earthquake

Please give specifics and reasons behind any changes you suggest, and what you would sideboard in or out against traditional deck setups for each of the currently competitive decks in Standard (Jund, white weenie, blue/white control, bant, mirror match).

i don't know what to take out but i suggest using mana barbs against control decks

control decks are pretty slow on the setup and would much want to delay your deck.

so when you run out of burn spells and for sure your opponents life will be much less from your life. it would give your opponent restrictions on what spells he would play and keep burning him with lightning bolt. so what if counters your bolt. the only problem i see is how can you get rid of kor firewalker

i equipped my very own deck up i call it " uncommon Ownage " because of reality i positioned exceptionally much not something yet uncommon taking part in cards in it including the three sacred beast and a slifer the sky dragon lol. so i say bypass with the Zombie Maheim Deck. its a good deck to have because of Zombie international field spell card which makes all monsters zombie and theres some taking part in cards interior the deck that could enable u to take administration of the opponets monsters and stuff yet on condition that there zombie that what makes this deck a good one lol.
