why do people comit suicide?

Suicide is usually a result of deep depression or when an event that is taken as an extreme where the person feels no desire to live anymore. Suicide normally happens when one is not thinking clearly and they feel like they have nothing to lose. Suicide is a nasty thing to both the person and the family and friends. The person commiting suicide doesn't normally think about how others will react. That is the saddest part of suicide, when someone just feels so misserable and commits suicide, leaving behind the others that cared about them. I hope this helped in any way, and remember do not commit sucide, it is hurtful to you and the people who surround you.

Because they reach a point in their life where they can't find anything that makes their life worth living. It is dependant on their self motivation. People who commit suicide have probably had a pessimistic life so far and that leads them to believe that nothing good will come from their life: ever.

Also, some people build up large debts and are struggling economically.

Finally, some people may have developped a physical disability. If you couldn't walk and you could throughout the rest of life you might be upset. Or something along those lines.

Because some people realize the pain and grief that is yet to become worse than it already is for them. Or knowing the pain and grief that is yet to come and don't find the good things in life good enough for all the bad things you'll go through.

It's different with every case I would assume. Though obviously they are in pain and see it as a release.

They hate their lives and just want to get away from it all and see their only option as killing themselves.
