Profile Picture with Friend...Crop or not?
So I got back from this camp that my school ran for poor kids. Me and a girl from school got pretty close on this trip. We had talked before, but we got a lot closer. Anyways, I found a picture of me and her on the trip on someone else's page. So I used that picture as my profile picture.
Is this OK or should I have cropped her out of the picture before setting it as my profile picture?
What it the etiquette when it comes to this?
Thanks!

You can use anything you want for a profile picture, whether it has someone else or not. Heck, you can even use a pic of a car or a frog as your profile picture. Unless the friend specifically asks you not to use that picture, I don't see what the problem is. :)

think of the golden rule -- if the situation was reversed what would you want if you were her.
you should contact the girl and ask if its OK. If you cant contact her then cut her out. You are using her picture without her permission.
Secondarily, your profile picture should be of you, not others anyway. Again, crop.

Ask permission to the girl, if its okay with her then you can use the picture ;)
Enjoy. :>
