In extremely hot conditions, all plants can wilt some. Most of the time, it's the tips or the newest, farther from the stem branches. If they come back after the sun gets off them (in a hour or so), it's just the heat. It gets to plants also!

But if you're not watering deeply enough or long enough, the plant is struggling a bit. Large tomato plants can take up to a gallon of water a day when it's really hot.

Water as soon as the sun is off them. Don't water too late in the evening; damp plants are a prime breeding ground for fungal diseases. Cooler night temperatures, lost of moisture are perfect conditions.

And if you study this, I'd bet it's either the 4 largest or the 4 that catch the worst of the sun/heat. The one corner of my tomato patch gets a bit more of the hot afternoon sun than the rest and the tops of those plants often wilt a bit on the tops. Give those a bit more water and mulching with newspapers and grass clippings will help hold the moisture in too.

Many plants will wilt in extreme heat, so, I water them in the morning, and this usually helps. You should also check the soil when they're wilting to see if the soil is wet. If it's dry, you need to increase the amount of water you're watering.

You shouldn't water in the evening because this makes a perfect place for slugs to call home and breed. They usually don't eat tomato plants, but they might eat developing fruits, or if you have almost any other plants, they will most likely eat them.

Get some water on the area around them at night/early morning. Do not get water on the leaves in the middle of the day, this will burn the leaves. Maybe weak/weak ferts as well. Keep an eye on the leves for color changes.

I'm no expert at gardening but I think you would do better to water them at night. If you water them in 95 degree weather the sun will just dry up all of the water.
