For the last 2 days the air bag light has stayed on in my 97 Astro van. I had new brake pads, rotors and brake lines replaced on front about 3 weeks ago.

I have several 1/2 gal pickle jars with lids. (lids are larger than wide mouth Mason jars), I would like to can tomato's and okra from my garden in them. I am concerned about the lids not sealing and was wondering if there may be some kind of seal available to put under the lids?

Bought a whirlpool 10,000btu 115v window air conditioner at a moving sale a couple of weeks ago. Just now installed it. It will run and cool for about 1 hour and then the front coils/fins will ice up restricting the air flow. Was supposed to be in good condition. It appears to be clean and good condition. A freon problem?

Probably 50% or more are republican. Do you think that this will have a effect on the 2012 presidential election because the republicans voted NO 3 times not to extend unemployment benefits and therefore throwing their own under the bus? I bought a small 1500 watt generator with a 2.8 hp. overhead valve gas 4 stroke engine (made in china). Filled crankcase with oil and filled tank with gas. engine started first pull of starter rope. I let run for approx 10 minutes. I then plugged in (2) 100 watt lamps and a small box fan. Generator ran great. After about 5-6 minutes I unplugged all. Generator was running with no load for approx 5 minutes and then just quit like it had been turned off. Would not restart just hit every once in awhile. Replaced spark plug and ignition spark module. It started then immediatly quit again. Replaced carburator, it started and ran good for approx 5-6 minutes and quit again.

Is there any other ignition component in there that could develope a open circut after warming up?

I bailed a friend out of jail on a 2000.00 dollar bond. I paid 10% (200.00). He did not pay me back and did not show up for court and skipped the country.

Four years and two months later I get a call from the bondsman telling me I am going to have to pay the 2000.00 dollar bond.

What is the worst that can happen to me if I dont pay it?

My son had a accident in tn. 4 yrs ago. he was charged with leaving scene, no drivers license and no insurance. I paid his bail. he did no show for court. Could not take off work and drive 700 miles or lose job. He was living in S. Carolina at the time. Now he is living and working in arkansas and has tried to get licenses there but was denied because of this situation in Tn.

I want to know if there is a statute of limitations that would apply for this and how long?

He has since been stopped but was not driving. both were checked for warrants and none were found for him so he was let go.

I have a electric smoker with electric heat element at the bottom. A bowl above the element that you fill with water, pinnapple juice, orange juice etc to help flavor. The cooking temperature is 195 to 200 degrees f. I cooked 2 racks of baby back pork ribs for 5 hours. They tasted great but was not as tender as I thought they should be.

I have eaten ribs cooked by some of my friends that would fall apart without pre-boiling.

I was wondering if cooking them longer would have made them more tender? The ribs were not dried out, just not as tender as I would have liked.

Anyone have any ideas or solutions they would like to pass on for making them more tender?

I have a 02 yamaha 1700 v-twin roadstar warrior. It is stock except for a set of Bubs Chambermaid pipes. I was wanting to know if the Power Commander will help and if so, how much? It runs pretty good for a air cooled push rod motor now.
