If that's not what you're looking for, you can type in "phoneme development" into google or something, or just play around with the words, and something should come up.

Expect good behavior :) Get her to help you clean up now, she's able to. Time outs are a must, as well as some educational tv. I refused to let my daughter watch sesame street before last week, she's 19 months old(I had read that watching it really early can actually delay devolpement and learning letters because it's not usually in order). We've been watching for a week now and she knows all the characters, and learned a bunch of letters and numbers already, lol. We are usually gentle with my daughter, but we expect her to behave and it works a lot of the time. I constantly get compliments when we go out about how well behaved she is, which amazes me, lol. We also don't spoil her a lot, the last time she got a new toy that cost above a dollar was a few months ago when we moved and she got a grocery cart and pink toddler legos :) Good luck!

they should be able to say words using any letter of the alphabet by the time they are 5
most speech therapists won't bother with kids younger than that because, as you said, all kids develop at different rates
just like crawling, walking, potty training. pretty much all 5 year olds do all that, don't they?

My son is 19 months.
He says G words, I can't think of any f sounds. He says ish for Fish, so I don't think we have the f's yet.
He has a, b, c, d, e, g, h, i, m, n, p , s,t, u, and w words.
He does words like Tractor, water and strings words together, ---don't want that--mom shoes---bubs stop
