This might sound gross, but saliva. Spit on the stain and rub the fabric together. Worked for me.

Laundry and household cleaner called Lestoil. can get it on drugstore.com. works best if you apply full strength, let sit for a few minutes and then wash item in hot water in machine OR if you soak item in a tub or basin with a half cup of the lestoil and hot water for a few hrs.

    You're not a murderer are you ;-)?

Not sure why so many people are telling you to wash in cold water. I find that hot water gets out tough stains better. I wash laundry in cold water most of the time if it has no tough stains or is lightly stained but whenever I have had to get blood, mud or any really tough stain out, hot water always worked better than cold for me.

Put some proxide on it and wait about 5 minutes then put some soap on it and rub it in, then rinse. Then run it thro the washing machine. If that doesn't get it out, try using some stain remover and then put it thro the wash again.

Start with hot water and wash it just like any other cloth. Then rinse with cold water.

But, if you want it instantly or less work, Peroxide. :D

Rub an ice cube over the stain for some minutes, then wash the piece as you would do with any other.

Vanish, Oxi or if it's white clothing, straight bleach it (depending on the material).
