I only had coffee and water for two days(i have a question)?

IThis is going to be my 3rd day of coffee & water..but im planning on doing this until I lose weight (meaning muscle and fat) yeah I want to lose muscle[i'm 5'6 130 pounds-- i have athletic looking thighs and my butt sticks out a bit and i would like it to be flatter. my legs are more toned than skinny. I want to be skinny and bony, so Im wondering if I'll get that if I just drink coffee and water for a month or 2--I only have 2 cups of coffee a day and the rest of the day drink water.

HONESTLY i feel fine...i put creme and sugar in my coffee so im still getting calories.

but my main question is will I get that bony look? I'll do this for 2months if I have to AND BY THE WAY they have people who have only drinked water for 40 days and still lived so please don't tell me that "your going to be dead" crap--and i won't eat like a pig after im done...

after this --i plan on drinking only fresh fruit juices after my weight loss for two weeks ..then work my way up to fruits and vegetables.

best answers goes to the person who actually answers my question about weightloss and being bony.

    You will get your malnutrition look, that's for sure. Are you aware of just how much nutrition you're denying yourself through the consumption of a diet composed exclusively of coffee and water? If you continue this for two months, you will not just become skinny and bony; you will outright emaciate yourself.

    There are far healthier ways to lose weight. If your lifestyle does not consist of heavy eating or exercise and you still manage to achieve your toned legs and athletic thighs, then that appearance is a genetic feature which can't be removed.

    What exactly are you aiming for, anyway? Men are not at all attracted to anorexic cadaverous skeletons.

    Please. Too much extreme in your diet plan. You must lose weight in a safe and respectable way that is healthy mentally and physically. Research fasting and proper methods of cleansing your body on the internet. In no way do any of them involve coffee or caffeine which is horribly bad if that's all your feeding yourself. Be smarter than your want to look better. Have you ever seen a sexy starving person? Because that is what you are doing to lose weight...starving your body. Not necessary and potentially harmful.

    Listen. Learn more about calories. Google it or something. Research your diet calorie intake per day vs normal. Workout and burn more calories than you intake without starving your body. Over a few weeks you will see better changes in your figure. You will tone up in the right places and look like you want to. Good luck.
