Whether you are willing to face it or not, the Abrahamic religions are fundamentally supremacist patriarchal religions which detest anything less than male supremacy and a rigid gender binary. It's because of this in our (primarily) Judeo-Christian-Muslim culture (in the western countries and the Middle East) that religions promote the idea that the way to organize the world/family is to be patriarchal (male centered and ruled). If you've read the Bible much you can see that men are important and women are subservient to men in all ways. So a male that shows feminine qualities is a threat to the male dominance in the Abrahamic religious culture... it's like he's a traitor to his gender by engaging in homosexual (feminine) behavior. Religion by its very authoritarian principles has always been a convenient land for right-wing authoritarians to stake their arguments against change. This has played out in every single human rights struggle pretty much ever. These people who say we're going to hell also say or have said: Christian ministers preaching that escaping from slavery is a theft of "self" and against the bible injunction against theft, Killing innocent Jews and Muslims in the Crusade was the work of God, In the multiple Inquisitions, if you were non-christian, you were tortured until you converted to christianity AND then burned at the stake. "Most of these feminists are radical, frustrated lesbians, many of them, and manhaters, and failures in their relationships with men, and who have declared war on the male gender"... These are the people who say we're all going to hell... Well, I don't believe in heaven or hell, but if I did, I don't doubt that all these people will end up in hell...

Its the word Hell for people who are so afraid of being sent to Hell that they refuse to say Hell.
