my 10 years son does not want to see me pls help me?

hi i got 10 yrs son from previous relation.i got a court order to see him every saturday 10 to 4. 2 month ago i asked his mum for overnight stay she denien and now she sent me solicitor letter that my son doesnot want to come and see me.she break contact so many times.just for watch cinema or any no special reason.i invited her for mediation but she decline again.i asked my son he said me something and his mum something what should i do. i don't want to spend lot of money as i m not rich she said in letter my son said no to see me if i want to see him make a court application pls help me

Very sad state of affairs, I would try and persuade her to try mediation, it is difficult if your son doesn't want to come. Maybe you could speak to the school and ask them to find out how he really feels, it may be that he has not said that at all. A family Therapy centre would be a good place to go for help and guidance. In london this one is highly rated
